SECTION 1 –SUPPORTED SHIPPING ZONES

We ship to almost all countries. If you’re location is supported you should be able to select the country of delivery in the checkout menu.

SECTION 2 –SHIPPING TIME

After ordering at www.americanguitarstore.com you’re package will be assembled within 1-3 days. When the package is delivered to the shipping company (mostly USP, DHL or FedEx) a track and trace code will be send to the e-mail address linked to the order. The estimated time is 4-12 days and depends on your location.

SECTION 3 – LEGAL

We are responsible to deliver the package to the shipping carrier. All products are checked on dents, blemishes etc. before shipping. We are not liable for any damages that occur after delivery to the shipping carrier. If a package gets lost during the shipping process please connect us (see section 4 –insurance). Possible extra costs like customs fees, border costs etc. are for the buying party.

SECTION 4- INSURANCE

We fully insure the packages that we send. This applies to possible losing packages along the process. If a package is damaged by third parties we are not liable.
